Un posto incantevole in mezzo alle colline marchigiane. Location bella, accogliente e ricca di particolari dettagli. Ho cenato al ristorante Il Clemente a Urbino e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Ho scelto un menù completo e le porzioni erano abbondanti e deliziose. L'arredamento è curato nei dettagli, creando un'atmosfera accogliente. Ogni piatto era presentato in modo impeccabile, dimostrando una grande attenzione all'estetica. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci per un'altra splendida esperienza culinaria.

Siamo stati ospiti dallo chef Cristian durante un nostro tour marchigiano con le nostre spider . Abbiamo dormito in questa cascina dove hanno ricavato dieci stanze accoglienti immersi nella natura e nel silenzio. Ma la chicca più importante è il ristorante, dove Cristian sa ed è riuscito ad esprimersi al meglio con i suoi piatti belli e gustosi al palato e al cuore. Una scelta di vini attenta e alla portata di tutti. L’abbinamento del tartufo , delle amarene è perfetto , il personale eccezionale e pronto ad ogni esigenza. Uno chef professionale ma anche una persona di cuore. Torneremo a Padova con un bellissimo ricordo . Ritorneremo ancora. Merita!

Potrei riassumere la serata come perfetta ma preferisco descrivere tutti gli aspetti che l’hanno resa così PERFETTA . Location ricercata ed elegante nessun dettaglio è lasciato al caso ogni angolo è studiamo nei minimi dettagli . Ti senti coccolato fin dal primo momento , cinque stelle anche per il personale … attento preciso e sopratutto preparato , vorrei fare i complimenti a Claudia non solo per il racconto dei piatti ma per averci consigliato un ottimo vino , sommelier davvero eccellente . Passiamo ai piatti , noi abbiamo fatto la degustazione al buio totalmente decisa dallo chef Cristian … un’esperienza sensoriale unica , abbinamenti e materie prime da ristorante STELLATO … davvero complimenti !!!!

La struttura è decisamente bellissima, immersa nel verde e molto curata. Siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio e ne abbiamo approfittato per fare un tuffo nella piscina che, se pur non grandissima, merita per il panorama su cui affaccia. Abbiamo scelto la cena a base di tapas con tavolo a bordo piscina… non c’è che dire, i piatti hanno il stupito tutti, sia per la qualità dei prodotti proposti, sia per la non banalità delle proposte. Servizio assolutamente degno di nota per cordialità e serietà… unico piccolo neo, il prezzo del conto non proprio a buon mercato… tutto sommato però, considerando l’esperienza nella sua totalità abbiamo pagato volentieri… cantina dei vini interessante… MOLTO BRAVI
